Staff are extremely friendly. Magdaleno and Adrian ensure that every member is welcomed and that the gym is ran smoothly! Customer service is exceptional! The gym is maintained cool and provides an excellent environment to workout! Machines are fixed rapidly, and things run smooth! Definitely will recommend this location!

Every time I workout at planet fitness, I’m always getting greeted by Adrian. I always see Adrian cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the machines and putting napkins. I’m surprised he’s not manger at this point. Give him a raise or something he really shows that he deserves it.

Yesterday I submitted a survey expressing concern about broken equipment. I received a lovely call this morning from GM Magdaleno, who was incredibly responsive and understanding about my concerns. I've been going to the Little Village branch for over two years and have largely enjoyed my experience. I regularly bring in two Black card guests and helped refer another member to getting their own Black card. Thank you Magdaleno and the rest of the team!

The little village branch is a really good gym to workout at. My favorite part is the large space it's located in. Plenty of cardio, and a good size weightlifting area
