The staff here are some of the kindest in the industry! I REALLY appreciate them!! I noticed that there was new equipment today (I haven’t been there since the fall, sadly!) and I appreciate that you keep the machines up to date! The massage and red light therapy was not working today — I hope it is fixed soon! But my favorite part is how kind and good energy the staff are and even the other people working out. It’s not like that at every gym! Thank you all! :)

The staff at this gym are great! They always greet me when I walk in, and say bye when I leave. They also keep the whole place extremely clean, it's never felt dirty or smelly in the last two years I've been going. They are friendly and always ready to help or answer any questions

I love my planet fitness! The front desk workers always say hello when I walk in and are super duper friendly. The gym and bathrooms are always kept really clean and it never smells. For the most part, an elliptical machine is always open for me. I think the price is reasonable so I don't feel the need to cancel if I'm not going for a month. I always come back. 10 out of 10 stars. Everyone that works there deserves a raise :)

Kudos for all the accessibility-friendly equipment you have. The arm bike was a lifesaver when I broke my knee, as was the NuStep when I had regained only partial range of motion.

The array of workout machines, the 2 special rooms, the ability to shower. The 30 minute workout room is a great way to workout without a trainer, though a trainer is also a good way as well. Very friendly staff as well.
