I like the location.
I like the staging and placement of equipment with the windows facing the street.
The staff is friendly enough.
And the client base is diverse.
What I don't like is the older glute machine in the rear back room. It's outdated, difficult to use and prone to injury, that's why people don't use it.
There is a better and upgraded version at your location on Illinois Avenue in Streeterville; on the second floor that is great to use, that puts your body in a better position to work your glutes-with a counter. If it wasn't about the location for your Streeterville location downtown, I would have made the permanent switch just for that newer machine.

Love the gym but would really appreciate another day of 24/7 access. I like to workout 3x a week, alternating nights, and I know myself & a lot of my gym buds there would appreciate another night available so we don't have to always go Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
Xsport closed down on Broadway ave and a TON of 24/7 gym goers lost their access. They're probably hungering for more access too.
