It's centrally located with easy access to downtown locations. Good hours, equipment and facilities. The staff is cordial and always greets me with pleasantries. It's so outstanding I wished that it was open 24hrs a day.

Love the staff who work there and the place is well kept! My only feedback is that it does get hotter in the summertime. They have fans on but not super sure about how well the building ac works? So it can feel a little stuffy

Everything is pretty good. Good job in adding an extra smith machine made a world difference I’d say the only thing is please make the ac colder There’s aHUGE issue though. You guys used to have a hip abductor AND adductor machine. Two separate machines. Two members could use it for like 3-4 sets each at the same time and then switch. Now you turned those two machines into one machine that can do both. But instead of putting two of those we only have one. The problem is now we have to wait people do 6 to 8 sets before they can let someone else use. It’s a nightmare. Please add another one You can literally remove all those elliptical machines upstairs. No one ever uses them

The way it was deescalated and controlled was something I commend [FIRST NAME REMOVED] on continuously. Me and that member now get along so well and its all due to the effort put forward to create a positive welcoming environment.
