During, the early morning, it's quite and I can move faster, in reps and machines. The shades, of the machines are bright and are vibrant, it's please to look at. There's, hardly anyone there and it's peaceful. Late, in the day is good also for similar reasons. Are you guys, going back the mirrored walls?

Clean, Brand New Equipment, and lots of weight training machines, racks and free weights, runs and operates like a high end gym, will all the perks (hydro massages and red light therapy!)
