Hello, Thank you for this opportunity to leave feedback! I have been attending the Chicopee facility as a guest since January. I have been extremely happy with your club and as of Wednesday, I have joined to gain full access to your facilities. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Elizabeth in assisting me with my membership application as well as with the phone app. Her tour of the facilities was outstanding. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and she gave a detailed description of the machines. I've especially noticed over the last several months how friendly and courteous that she is to each and every member that is either arriving or leaving. Planet Fitness Chicopee, Ma. is clean as can be. There is always someone dusting machines & cleaning the floors. Also, the staff is very friendly! I've been to other Planet Fitness locations, Chicopee, Ma. is THE BEST!!!!! A+A+A+A+A+
