This location is consistently maintained in a clean and fresh appearance. All machines are in excellent working condition (and look new). Staff is friendly. Members are friendly and mind their own business. At most - the crowd capacity when I have been at the gym is at most an estimated 40% so I do not feel crowded. Thank you for creating a great environment!

I love the Chino PF! Everyone at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. Vincent is an awesome manager! He is very professional and makes sure everything is taken care of. The equipment is always well maintained. If something breaks, it is quickly repaired. The bathrooms are so clean. It’s just a very nice facility.

Account was not cancelled I had to transfer to the gym closest to my new home in Whittier as that club stated I used my ten visits. I thought I could go to any club at anytime but I see now there are limits. I would like to suggest planet fitness gets rid of the lunk alarm system….for a company to say no judgment but then judge Ricky in the tank top makes no sense. Thanks
