Overall, no major complaints. The only thing that is a little annoying is that the staff doesn’t actively enforce any of the rules they have posted around, so members continue to do things they aren’t supposed to be. It would be nice if people would stop taking photos in the women’s locker room.

I like the fact the equipment is available for use whenever I visit planet fitness. Equipment availability is very important to me. The staff is very polite. The few amenities you have is cool. I think team member Cynthia has excellent customer service skills. I've noticed she communicates very well with other gym members. And she motivates me and she wishes me a good workout . since joining I've reduced my body fat and gained some muscle. I'm very happy to become a member at Planet fitness. I give a rating of 10.

My name is Jacobo , Ive been a costumer since September 2024 till today and future days .. I come to the planet fitness by palomar (chulavista ,ca) .. I had come in different times of the day and everything it’s always clean & ready .. the employees are always kind and gentle they’re always willing to help and have a good attitude towards us in general .. I’ve time to talk with Lola for instance and she’s always helping and smiling .. she has never been rude or threat me in anyway I could feel offended.. as a matter of fact I always recommend this planet fitness gym because of her and all the kind and great staff …

The machines are always in working condition! And the staff is always incredibly courteous. I love the atmosphere, and the fact that there are plenty of machines and equipment to go around. Additionally, the restrooms and equipment are usually in really well cleaned!
