Planet Fitness is not like any other gym. From the moment I walked in, Planet Fitness felt warm and welcoming, the vibe is inclusive and friendly, the equipment is new, the facilities are clean [cleaned several times an hour], the lockers have locks so your belongings can be secured, and we haven't gotten to the best part. The best part of Planet Fitness are the staff working there. A gentleman by the name of Leo gave me my tour almost 6 months ago and he provides me the same smile, the same welcoming attitude today [6 months later]. Alyssa and Aaron are amazing and friendly too. Leo and the crew are always ready with a smile, a welcoming gesture, a friendly attitude, and a friendly demeanor, they are incredible people. Staying disciplined can be hard enough, results take dedication, staying motivated with the much needed warm and welcoming components of a fitness facility, they've got it covered! I love Planet Fitness, I'll see you tomorrow!

What is there not to like about the Otay Ranch Planet Fitness? It has been a magnificent experience from day one (Dec/2023). The staff are polite, patient, and attentive and they work diligently to keep the gym clean and functional. I would highly recommend Planet Fitness and the Black Card membership to anyone based on my experience at the Otay Ranch facility.
I thoroughly enjoy working with the trainers, Cameron has been extraordinary in both guidance and goal setting, but most importantly in helping attain said goals. The whole team at Otay Ranch from the manager, Nick to the amazing staff like Karla and Sean have made it such a positive experience that I don't think I would have stuck with gym life had it not been for the Otay Ranch facility and staff.
I like to say that someday in the future I will tell a story about how gym-life saved my life, well that gym will have been Otay Ranch Planet Fitness, Thank you!

PF is welcoming…with the staff learning my name and greeting me on arrival. The equipment is clean, plentiful, and in good working order. With the Black Card membership, I can bring my husband with me on his days off and enjoy a hydro-message after each workout. A relaxed and welcoming environment.

On our first visit on a Sunday morning, the front desk clerk gave us a tour and was very thorough about the gym usage and busy times. He was up front about the membership and even spoke about the various discounts as we were veterans. The club was very clean and refreshing compared to the 24hour fitness gyms we are members at.
