To whom it may concern. Wyyat is an exceptional young man who went beyond his call of duty. Wyyat is a very & helpful young man, he is an asset to your company. Unfortunately this commitment is missing in many of our youths today. They need training and guidance to make them more aware of their customer service needs to care best to their audience. Yesterday I visited your Otay Ranch PF location. Although I’ve signed up at that location I actually have not been going often enough and not to familiar with your equipment. I want to the counter and a very nice young man with a name tag of Wyatt assisted me. He went on to explain that there’s a personal trainer in case that might appeal to me. Wyatt then proceeded to walk to the 2nd floor to what is known as the 30 minute workout. Wyyat then went on demonstrating how each piece of equipment works. For the Planet Fitness in Otay, the staff is super friendly. I've never gotten his name, but the yound guy that opens the gym in the morning 5am is the best! He is super friendly and always willing to help. He has the best attitude ever.

Staff is incredibly friendly. Place is extremely clean and well kept. Equipment seems to stay in very good shape. Plenty of lockers. Zero sugar variations of Gatorade are always in stock. Best part is, Savanah always greets with a smile. :)
