The staff at the club are highly energetic, courteous and very approachable. I love how meticulously clean the club. Staff member Gabe and Olivia are exceptionally professional and are a joy to be around, all in all i love this that why its my home gym for the last 5 years, thank you guys.

I love the facilities a lot and how spaced out it is, I love working out and makes the day stress free. I love that with me traveling I’m able to keep going to the gym in a different state at times, just makes things so easy.

The club is extraordinarily clean as the entire staff is always very attentive of its clients and the environment and making sure everything is up to standard. Gabriel recently helped with questions I had and he answered very diligently. The entire staff makes the Otay location that much better.

The extensive size of the club and the number of machines and equipment. The layout is excellent and conducive to my workouts. I also enjoy the friendly staff especially Olivia who always greets me by name and with a smile. Other gyms I used to belong to were never as friendly as the Otay Ranch PF. Olivia keeps me motivated and coming back every week.

I like how affordable it is to go there and they have great machines for you to be able to do every workout that you need, also the staff is amazing there, especially Olivia she is awesome every time I come in she always has a big smile on her face and pumps me up!

Olivia at the front desk is so friendly and makes me feel welcome even though I am self conscious for going to the gym. She is the best!! Nick is amazing he is always making sure we are taking care of and the gym is spotless! I have not been to a fym as clean as this ever!
