What I like about planet fitness I work at my own pace. I used equipment like that. I know how to use lol. There’s plenty of treadmills different equipment and a lot of the staff they are friendly. If you ask a question they’ll be kind enough to tell you how to use the equipment basically I feel like it’s my gym not planet fitness
