Folks at the front desk are the friendliest I've ever experienced at any gym in 20+ years of being a gym member at various fitness centers. They greet me every day with a smile, are always helpful and kind, and several remember my name. The gym is super clean and pleasant to work out in. I wish there were fewer cardio machines and more free weights and machines, but I think that's a typical PF thing. Can't say enough good things about this gym and the people who work here. Very happy with monthly membership fees too. Half the cost of other gyms and more services available (tanning etc).

Extremely friendly staff and I enjoy being able to bring a guest to workout with. It would be nice to allow my guest to utilize the black member card perks such as total body enhancement and hydro massage. I am trying to get my friends and family to switch from crunch and 24 hour fitness to planet fitness and I believe if they were able to utilize the perks they would switch. Anyways I really enjoy the atmosphere there1

Neat and clean, friendly people and the staff are really nice. There are plenty equipments to choose and they are in good working condition. Very large parking space and safe at night with lots of street lights. Thank you for a good workout at this location, see you later this evening.
