I wasnt able to use the membership due to unexpected health issues, but the man i spoke to on the phone to help me with canceling my membership was wonderful and very compassionate. Would definitely recommend just due to the helpfulness of the staff.

It was the best decision iv ever made . I love planet fitness. The employees are very nice , polite and very helpful when you ask them a question . When you ask about a machine you want to try the walk you over to that machine and demonstrate how it works. All the employees are friendly and helpful.

I love it here but lately it has gotten increasingly worse with people sitting on machines, on their phones in between sets. It makes it very difficult to get a good workout in. It seems disrespectful to the others who are there to get a workout in, not to socialize. Also, one of the squat racks has been out of order since we joined the gym.
