The facility has been clean since opening or at least each time I’ve visited. The staff is consistent and helpful, even when training new employees such as today, they are available immediately. The massage chairs seem to need some maintenance but I see that commonly across multiple locations. The lead for this location is helpful and swift in her resolution of customer concerns or issues. I would highly recommend the Coachella location or recommend that one drive to the Palm Desert location for a display of standards and a gym you’ll love.

There's no buddy getting into your business, it feels like my own gym as if I had one at home but you have a bucket of tootsie rolls and soooo many tv's to watch. Because it's so easy, no hassel checking in i find that even if i only have 30 minutes on my way to work, i will cruise in go for 20 on the stepper, do 10 of upper body and bam i've got an eye-opener for the day. I can not believe all the fabulous machines are available, i still haven't tried them all. i tried other gyms years aga and got turned off but so happy i found you.
