This is what I do not like the place was so dirty the floor the equipment and the bathroom, honestly I go to another location because it is cleaner . My wife and I asked the guy at the front desk why would sit there on his phone while there was trash all over the front he never looked up to great us . This person had the nerve to blame on the people . But dirt draws more dirt for some people. So I am glad to voice my displeasure of the overall state of that location . Please get it cleaned up Check

It's been a while since I've been to planet fitness coconut creek. Since I've been back I was met with new faces one by the name of Anthony really cool and down to earth, and Haley cool and bubbly. They were fantastic. I had an issue with my daughter's teen summer pass account that was quite a mystery to solve, but they both worked as a team and exhausted all options to finally rectify the situation. I really appreciate them for that, as a lot of folks are no longer trying to be too much of a help.Thank you so much to Anthony and Haley!!!

That yo have friendly staff working in this location some oft hem even speak Spanish. Also, I like the 30 mins work out area , and I love the spa area it is a great way to treat myself at the end of a work out.
