I've had such an amazing time at Planet Fitness getting my workouts in throughout the week. The staff are extremely friendly and take the time to greet you as you go in if they are not doing club rounds. They keep the place VERY clean and make it inviting always.

I like everything about Planet Fitness at this location. I'm able to get all the machines I need for my work out. The staff is excellent to us card holders coming & going. They make sure we're welcomed to the gym, everything is well kept and clean ( My Favorite 🩷 ) compared to the few gyms I been to. I would love to make this location my permanent place but It's not 24/7. Hopefully things will change

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very accommodating when I brought on my 86 yr old father. Guest check in was very easy even without downloading an app and the staff allowed him to try out the massage chairs. Equipment was easily accessible for him. I was excited he left saying he would be checking out his silver sneaker benefits and may join!! Thank you!

I love Planet Fitness, it's exactly what I need in a gym- everyone is minding their own business for the most part, it's clean, the staff are nice. My one gripe (and so the 9 and not 10 rating) is that several machines have been out of order for weeks (Columbia Heights, MN location) and that's a bummer. Get those fixed but otherwise keep up the good work!
