Your staff is very helpful and very pleasant to talk to as well. Equipment is great especially the new equipment. My only concern is people do not always wipe down the equipment when they have finished. I know its hard to make people do this but maybe a sign up front when coming in could remind people to do it. In this day and age with all the germs you would think that others do not want to get sick. Maybe just a reminder would help. Just a suggestion. But we enjoy the Conway site and ALL the extras of tanning and the massager chairs etc. are great perks Keep up the good work. Your employees are GREAT!!

It's convenient to where we live, staff is always helpful, it's not overly crowded at the times we go (mostly weekends), bring a friend Black card benefit allows me to bring my husband so we're having more fun working out together.
