I go to the Columbus Indiana PF. Have for a long time. The manager there is really making great improvements there. You can tell he has a passion for providing great customer service. This place has never been as clean and as organized as it is now. I really appreciate all of the staffs efforts.

The kids have gone back to school and are not in the gym, sitting on equipment taking pics of themselves, making me change my workout.! Videoing is not allowed (this is big). Clean equipment and restrooms. If I need help with equipment, people are kind.. I like the during school environment, gym goers are less frustrated.
