Liked the how helpful the staff was when we (my wife and I) checked in at Commack location. However, we had requested assistance with updating our gym location from your Greenlawn location to Commack (as we had tried to make this change online and were unable to do it for either of us.). It appears that the change has not been completed as your system still lists the Greenlawn location. Please advise how this can be accomplished. Thank you.

Staff is friendly. For the most part it's kept clean, although there have been times where the bathroom/showers could use more attention. There is plenty of equipment to use however not much space for free weights and individual routine workouts. Frustrating with the increase youth members now allowed to workout for free in the summer as they tend to congruate around the machines and monopolize them not allowing for others to use. Other locations have yoga and buso balls to use and this location does not.

It was my first visit to the Commack location and I was very impressed by how organized it looked and the machines and equipment are all newer. I spoke with the manager to tell him how nice and clean the gym was compared to my home gym in Greenlawn. He said everything is three years old and hasn't be touched since. Comparing the Commack Gym to the Greenlawn Gym which was recently reorganized, Commack is far superior to Greenlawn. My question is why does Commack have newer equipment and Greenlawn have older equipment , especially since Greenlawn was just reorganized ? I do like some of the upgrades at Greenlawn but I would love to see more newer digital machines and better cable crossover stations like Commack has. In Greenlawn, the 30 minute area needs to be restored. I also want to say that I miss Nick the manager and I believe that Tim should be made the new manager. Both of these men are very caring and aren't afraid to work with customers. .I suggest that a redo of the redo be done in Greenlawn !!! Thank You for your consideration.
