In the past I enjoyed planet fitness because of the variety of equipment. There is something appropriate for everyone. This time it was a mistake for my husband and I to join. We never utilized your facility because of our own physical limitations due to our age and health issues.

I appreciate that the Concord planet fitness has stretching room where we can use the mats and do floor exercises or stretch post workout. I noticed that some equipment had been added to that area and I want to strongly urge planet fitness not to fill up their entire wall space as finding a location to stretch on the mats is becoming harder and harder. The university planet fitness has no place to stretch no I don’t prefer to go there despite it’s location and stretching in my opinion is just as important after I work out.

I love the Concord location. Just wanted to share that here recently, a lot of the paper towel dispensers have been empty and the new spray bottles do not function properly, sometimes not at all. This has only been over the past month. The club is still clean and the staff is awesome!

The Trainer is very knowledgeable and is extremely helpful with ensuring correct form, matching exercises with targeted needs, and is personable with gym members, which has established a gym community focused on healthy improvements in lives and a celebration of those successes!

Friendly people are employed there. It is always clean. Employees need to tell people not to sit on the machines and fiddle with their phones. This needs to be stressed frequently. I heard a gospel song there for the first time. Let's have more3 of those.

The People at Planet Fitness are Amazing. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I do wonder if youre paying this folks enough it seems you have a high turnover rate or your employees are working 2 jobs to make up for it. The gym is always clean. I appreciate that.
