Friendly people are employed there. It is always clean. Employees need to tell people not to sit on the machines and fiddle with their phones. This needs to be stressed frequently. I heard a gospel song there for the first time. Let's have more3 of those.

This is an incredible facility due to extremely professional staff Haleigh the manager, Reese and Michael the trainer are extremely impressive. They are excellent at customer service. The facility is clean and well maintained. The members are extremely nice. I always feel welcome and have extremely stress free workouts. This has been an excellent experience for me. I continue to achieve my workout goals with the support of Michael, Reese and Haleigh. This is definitely an exceptional Planet fitness.

The People at Planet Fitness are Amazing. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I do wonder if youre paying this folks enough it seems you have a high turnover rate or your employees are working 2 jobs to make up for it. The gym is always clean. I appreciate that. Nice machines Clean bathrooms I didn’t like the two people creepily sitting in the tanning bed/massage chair lounge. After I saw them when I walked in they moved over to the massage chairs and hid there. Why didn’t the staff move them out? They weren’t using the chairs, just hiding on them
