The atmosphere is great and plenty of machines to choose from. I do see quite a few people not wiping down the machines after using them, maybe a worker can go around and just give reminders.

Always a good experience. Plenty of free machines to use. It’s never a situation where I have to wait. And it is clean and well lit. Employees put a lot of effort into cleaning. And I find users also take the extra time to wipe down equipment after their use.

Convienence. Please turn down the volume of the music. It is very bad music. 99 percentof people are listening to their own music. No one wants to hear what is coming out of the PA system. Have the staff walk around and tell people that the equipment is not a place for people to sit and play on their phones. People want to work out and get out of there. Waitng for equipment is annoying because people are playing on their phones
