I use the center for very early mornings - 0330/0400. It is easier to use equipment without the need to wait for any that I use. The overnight crews are nice and always welcome and say CIAO when I leave.

I like that it’s open 24 hours, that it’s clean, that it’s inexpensive, and that the people who work there, for the most part, are nice. I will say, however, that I have had my membership for many years, and at some point the terms of my membership seem to have changed wiithout any notice. That is pretty unimpressive.

I love this gym! Special shoutout to Mikey and Cassi, who are often at the front desk when I come in and go out in the mornings. Mikey is always so positive and encouraging, and Cassi brightens my day every day. They don’t just do their jobs well—they do them with such amazing energy!
