The hours are convenient and workers always friendly. Machines and weights are in good shape and the environment is comfortable. One thing to note - I go very early in the morning (4am) and sometimes the trash bins have not been emptied and several paper towel dispensers are empty. Has happened more than once!

I like the relaxed environment of Planet Fitness. I do not feel any pressure. Everyone does their own thing. I will say that for those who have not spent time in a gym or is a novice, the staff should be more involved in getting new members familiar with the equipment and layout of the gym. It seems to me this is a lost opportunity for Planet Fitness.

I like the variety of workout options that are available so I can do something different every day. The staff is always demand helpful. I do wish some people would spend less time on their phones and more time actually working out. People will sit on a machine for 5 minutes doing nothing. It’s frustrating.
