I like the variety of machines, free weights, and all different ways to work out. I appreciate the affordability, the app workouts or ability to create your own, and the hours of operation. The friendliness of the early morning (maybe overnight?-0445 am) staff is nice to always with a kind word, smile, and ready to help if needed.
