The front desk person was very personable, knowledgable and did his job. Eventho he's a young man, and a part of today's "culture". He didn't stand around looking clueless, laughing at nothing/anything, nor was he constantly looking at a cell phone. He was at work, and literally, competently working. Good job!

I am greeted by name and with a smile when I arrive. The facility is always very clean and towel dispensers are seldom empty. The team goes out of their way to be helpfu. Patti is an awesome manager.

The price and the equipment. Some of the staff are attentive and greet you when you come in. It’s a comfortable place to get my exercise in. Bathrooms are also clean all the time.

I appreciate that this is a 24/7 facility. The facility is orderly, clean, and safe. Staff is present; however, they do not circulate while on duty. No one is monitoring action on the floor. There should be three people working on all shifts to ensure safety and cleanliness.

I have only been using your tanning facilities lately...and they were VERY clean. When I was working out...the areas were clean and organized.

I appreciate that the bathrooms and exercise areas are clean and well maintained. I would love more free weights (10 to 30 pounds) in the 360 area though.

Spacious location with several smith machines. Way too many treadmills/ellipticals, however. Only one seated leg curl and another leg extension broken leaving only one available.
