The layout of the gym, friendly staff greeting me at the door. Clean functionaries equipment and active gym enthusiast working out. In addition, the atmosphere was breathable and not muggy.

Always a nice experience here. I use the massage chair and hydro massage for my back pain. It's very quiet and dark and comfortable. I drive further JUST to go to this location b/c of this. The location close to where I live is awful, VERY bright lights and loud music blaring in the massage area, and they won't adjust even when asked. (Mint Hill location).

The staff there is always friendly and great. The new manager does an amazing job. It's always clean and well-cared-for everybody's personable and nice. Only thing I would suggest would be more white benches and a little less cardio machines, but I give them 5 stars plus They are excellent.

Just all around good gym with good people. I honestly woulda given it a 10, but I went to another planet fitness near where my girlfriend lives and their Smith machines glide due to being lubricated and ours don't. I think that's the only negative.
