Large facility with lots of machines. The size of this location provides more room to move around without feeling cramped. This sounds like a small detail, but it's important to me. The personnel working at this location were friendly, but im finding this to be the norm with PF.

The Matthews Locations need to have the Audio for the TVs upgraded, with earplugs on most of the channels. All you get is a popping sound, and it's hard to listen to any channel. Plus, with the lockers in the central area, people keep closing them with nothing in them and turning the dial so no one can use them. Please have the staff post instructions on how to use the lockers.

The 2 other locations in Charlotte NC are very underwhelming especially the one on Central Ave. I have had multiple issues with there tanning beds and none seem to work correctly. This new location is very nice and clean and spacious compared to the other two.

The Matthews location is a very clean and very well run club! The people and energy of the space was light and positive. The facilities, bathrooms, trash, etc. was very well maintained! Great for the community and would recommend over some other PF clubs in the greater Charlotte area for sure!
