Cottage Grove planet fitness just got a bunch of new machines updated. We like planet fitness. We hope in the future one comes to Woodbury, Minnesota. I know more of my family would join due to the location.
I've been a member of Planet Fitness for a few months now, and I'm thoroughly impressed with the facilities and services they offer. One of the standout features for me is the wide range of equipment available. From cardio machines like treadmills and ellipticals to strength training equipment like free weights and resistance machines, they've got everything I need to stay fit and healthy.
But what really sets Planet Fitness apart is the additional amenities they offer. The massage chairs (traditional and hydro) are a game-changer - I've used them after tough workouts and they're incredibly relaxing. The tanning beds are also a nice touch, and I've not used them personally.
However, the real highlight for me is the Total Body Enhancement (TBE) machine. It's a red light therapy bed that promises to improve skin tone, reduce inflammation, and even help with muscle recovery. I've used it a few times and I've definitely noticed a difference in how my skin looks and feels.
Overall, I'm really happy with my experience at Planet Fitness. The staff is friendly, the facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the equipment and amenities are top-notch. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comprehensive fitness solution at an affordable pricing.

You've a great/responsible staff - very approachable. Facilities, including bathrooms - clean. Please ask those hanging on their phones to chat/text for a lengthy amount of time to please observe workout/machine use etiquiette/protocol. If a personal call, text, or perusing social media on their phone will take some time, please activate that individual's ejection button from piece of equipment they don't seem to focus on (for a lengthy amount of time). Education on workout equipment etiquette/protocol would be most helpful to those that want to workout & exit PF in a timely manner. People with other responsibilities have stuff to do, as well - outside of PF.
