I like that each time I visit the gym, the front desk is kind and asks me how I am doing. I also like that anytime I have a question, I don't have to wait long or experience any poor energy from staff. They also keep this location well put-together and clean! 10/10-LOVE Y'ALL

I can’t say enough great things about this gym! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and motivating. The staff and trainers are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals. They take the time to answer questions, correct form, and encourage you without ever being pushy. The equipment is always well-maintained and there’s a great variety to fit every type of workout—from strength training and cardio to functional fitness. I also appreciate how organized everything is and that the space never feels overcrowded. What really sets this gym apart, though, is the sense of community. Everyone is friendly and supportive, which makes coming here something I actually look forward to rather than just another task on my to-do list. If you’re looking for a place that combines professionalism, results, and a positive environment, this is it!

Good facility, many water issues, adequate equipment but pales in comparison with the 36th & L location that has all the new equipment. But still a very nice facility. Even though they seem to have a high turnover in employee's everyone if very friendly and helpful. If and when this facility gets upgraded with new equipment would definitely rate it a 10.
