Absolutely love the staff! Taylor is a star! Her team is awesome, always friendly and accommodating. They all greet me with a genuine smile. The club is always clean and I never see anyone just standing around doing nothing. Special shout out to Ed, Ethan and Willy! Always make me fell like on of the guys! Keep Up the good work team!!

Taylor and her staff keep our Council Bluffs Planet Fitness in pristine condition. We have traveled extensively around the country and have yet to find another PF that has Taylor's level of service, professionalism and attention to detail. We also love that Taylor empowers the MC kids who do an excellent job in cleaning the machines to the n-th degree (I find myself shaking my head in disbelief at how meticulous they are in attacking their work!).
