It's been a bit since I was at a gym. I joined probably 3 months ahead of actually visiting because I needed to get there. The first day I went, a convo with a member prompted my sharing that it's been a bit for me. He responded, "well, you're here today" Thank him, thank you for who you attract and the environment you not just promote but provide.
