everyone here is super friendly. I have been coming here since this location open I used to go to another one which was fine but there’s something about the employees here they kinda go a little extra I can tell they’re happy working here and it just makes it a very nice environment. The place is also super clean. I just wish they’d bring back the Tootsie rolls lol

The staff members are always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The gym itself is nice and clean. There is enough equipment that you seldom have to wait to use it. New kinds of exercise equipment are brought in on occasion. The Black Card area is great! I especially enjoy using the Total Body and the Hydro Massage. The cost of membership is the best that I've seen.

When I tried to answer the satisfaction survey before every time I pushed the 10 It would it would mark down 3, so I wrote in the notes that I was happy but the survey Would not let me change it. I am very happy with the Covington planet fitness always clean and staff is very friendly and helpful with my fitness needs Thank you

I mostly go to this location due to the cleanliness and brilliant decor compared to the other locations in my area. The staff at the Convington and Federal Way centers and always professional and makes you feel at home. The Kent and Renton locations decor and cleanliness needs improvement.

I was a member of Planet Fittness and left for LA Fittness because i thought i wanted a Pool, hot tub and to be honest they have a better selection of lifting machines, etc. However, I rarely used the pool, hot tubs or courts and they were always so crowded i could not have a workout i enjoyed. I dropped LA Fitness (which they did everything they could not to process my many attempts) right before my really dues were do and Happily came back to PF! I have learned my lesson.

It's clean, the staff members are very nice and I've never needed a machine that Planet Fitness Covington didn't have. I have noticed that the smith machines sometimes get booked and I think they're facing the wrong way- I think they should be flipped around.
