The staff is friendly and accommodating. The equipment and facilities are well maintained. There are facility areas in need of repair. For example, the paneling near the front windows, a bump in floor near dumbbell area, etc.

Everyone at the front desk is very nice!! It’s awesome to enter a business where you’re still greeted and they have a smile on their face!! Everything is always clean!! I’ve been to other locations but I prefer Covington!!
