The staff took pride in their work, you could tell that was order in the work place. They were busy cleaning and attentive to the details. They had club rules that were implemented out on the floor and they were confident in addressing any issues seen. I give credit to the employees for the work culture that has been set and hats off to the manager who runs a tight ship! Leadership rises and falls from the top down- way to go PF Crystal!
