Came to the crystal location on a Sunday night because the Minnetonka one was already closed. I was very pleasantly surprised at how big it was. It was very air-conditioned, which was nice because it is getting very hot outside. The gym was clean. The staff was friendly.

The guy at the front desk went the extra mile for me! I bought a lock and had troubles with it. He helped me until I was all set with a lock that worked! The PF in Crystal is nice and clean and spacious feeling, too! I love it!

The circuit room, staff are friendly. There are a lot of machines so you don’t have to wait. And when you are done, as a black card member you can have a hydro massage.

Have always enjoyed my workout time at Crystal PF! Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Location is kept up really well. Some members need to lean how to wipe machines down...but that is not the staff's fault...stupid is as stupid does. :-(
