Great variety of machines & exercises, plus therapeutic equipment like tanning beds, Hydromassage and massage chairs. It's well managed, well-maintained and clean. The staff members are very friendly and helpful, and the clientele ranging from light exercisers to real gym-rats all observe the 'no judgment zone' philosophy. And it's one of the best deals out there, price-wise!
