The staff is AMAZING. They are truly the reason my husband and I keep coming back. Jajuan, Tameeka, and Serena go above and beyond every time we walk through the doors. They don’t just say hello and swipe your card—they take the time to get to know you as a person and make you feel genuinely valued. Their positivity and energy are unmatched, and they create such a welcoming environment that makes working out something we actually look forward to. The gym itself is also incredibly clean. It’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. The equipment is always well-maintained, the bathrooms and locker rooms are spotless, and everything feels fresh and organized no matter what time of day you come in. We’ve been members for a while now and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. It’s the people like Jajuan, Tameeka, and Serena who make this gym truly special.

Jajuan, Serena, Tameeka, and Charles are very genuine humans. They have grade A customer service and are efficient with every customer needs. I would recommend planet fitness to others based off my experience so far and I see a quality gym with quality members and services. Thank you all I’m glad I left la fitness for now!
