I hated my experience at Planet Fitness until I visited this 1 on Forest Lane. The 1 on Plano Rd and Beltline in Richardson is full of prejudice staff who don’t like black people. They lie, ignore us, basically want us to show Id everytime we register to workout, wouldn’t help me learn how to use the equipment, kept ignoring me when I asked to use the hydrobed and made me show my membership status coupled with the looks of disgust and snappy impatient responses. I hope I never experience this at the Forest Lane Facility. They were welcoming friendly and outgoing. Thank you I’ll be back
