I was really excited yet skeptical to start my fitness journey. When I went Tuesday an employee by the name of jailyn help answer all my questions. He was extremely professional, patient, understanding, positive, helpful and had a great attitude. His great level of professionalism made me feel very comfortable to come back which I did the very next day and looking forward to my fitness journey at Planet fitness. So excited lol
