Everything is great, in particular the new equipment — except, when they installed it they moved the paper towel/cleaner dispensers and they are no longer conveniently positioned.

The gym is clean and neat all the time. The staff is friendly and helpful most all the time all the equipment is available very little waiting. The gym used to be open 24 seven they’ve now changed the hours. Not as convenient for me, but overall best Gym around the area.

It is always clean. I don’t like that paper dispensers are usually empty. That is frustrating! Also, many people sit on the machines with their cell phone and I am waiting for that machine. No one says anything to them!!!! It is so, so frustrating!!!!! Young people using their cell phones and not using the machines is constant!

Courteous and helpful staff, variety and quantity of equipment, hours of operation are good, close to home, membership monthly dues are reasonable. I also like the fact that you are located nationwide.

The staff are very friendly and always helpful..However, the new elipticle and sitting bike are definately not "user friendly" or "intuitive"! Courtney helped me the first time, but I still don't get it, When I have more time I will bring a notebook and write down the instructions.....very frustrating.
