I go to the gym in the morning as soon as it opens and the staff is very friendly and always making sure the equipment is clean and the cleaning stations are fully supplied! The only issue I have is that its not a 24hr gym as I would like to be there even earlier than the current opening time.

I've been a member for a long time, but used to make comments to people that I felt like an inconvenience to the team members whenever I wanted to use my Black Card perks. They were always chatting with each other and seemed irritated to help me. Lately, that's totally changed! Unfortunately, I don't know anyone's names, but the current team members when I go on Wednesday mornings are all very friendly and helpful! I feel very comfortable when I'm there and they don't give me any vibes like I'm being annoying when I ask for a tanning bed or massage chair after my workout. They always greet me when I come in and say goodbye when I leave. :)
