Club manager JAX and his entire staff are wonderful. Every member is greeted upon entering the club and on the way out after a great workout. The club is always clean and never crowded. I've noticed new workout equipment throughout the club. One thing planet fitness could improve on is when a machine is out of order, it should be repaired within 24 hours and not some days later, other than that the Davenport location is hands up NUMBER ONE đź‘Ť when it comes to fitness.

Front desk staff is always polite and efficient. Facilities is clean and well-maintained. Tanning beds could use a little TLC as most of the time there’s only one fully functioning but for the price you can’t complain. Julius was the front desk staff this morning who asked me to submit this review so kudos Julius you do a wonderful job.

I like how clean it is and the friendly and helpful staff. Maintenance could be improved, I have been waiting for several weeks for the massage chairs to get fixed. Also there is not much room for stretching. The ab room is crammed full with equipment that I don’t see gets used much. Too many elipiticals too.

I really enjoy the staff members, they are very kind, Julius, Jax, Lincoln, Vesna are great team members and have great energy, they work very hard and greet members that come in and leave. and give really great recommendations, these team members and manager deserve a raise.
the gym is very cleanly and kept up to date, machines get repaird within a 7 day period, the gym is spotless, the manager is really great at what he does and i hope he remains manager.
also you guys need to get rid of the rule if someone does not open on time it should not fall onto the manager or cause a write up. ive seen this place go through 10 different managers,
Jax suits the position, do not get rid of him.
