The staff is so nice and helpful. The gym, bathrooms and all other areas are always clean. I love going to this gym, knowing that I can do my thing without the fear of judgement and if I am not doing something correctly, another gym member of staff is always quick to help!

Sorry, but this won't be all positive. I work out in Dawsonville. In my opinion, the facility is sometimes poorly managed. Sanitizer dispensers will be empty, I'll report it twice in two days, and a week later it's still empty. The battery for the scale in the men's locker room will need to be replaced. I'll report it every other day for a week, and two weeks later it still hasn't been replaced. To me, these are things that should be taken care of immediately/same day. Also, I have complained several times that the gym needs another (maybe two more) chest/fly machines. It can be very difficult to get on the one and only machine, and some days I don't get the chance at all in the 45 minutes I'm at the gym. There is plenty of room for more if some of the rarely used cardio machines were removed. On the positive, the gym is clean, well air-conditioned, and the staff is always friendly. In fact, except for the things I have mentioned, I am extremely satisfied with the gym and would recommend it to anyone.
