The location is much nicer than my home gym and has much better equipment. My home gym was recently renovated but still has fewer cardio machines and the Decatur location has newer equipment as well. It is puzzling to me that the Decatur location seems have a much lower enrollment yet has the better set up. My home location in Madison has fewer stair climber which are frequently out of order whereas the Decatur location had climb mills and far more of them. In addition my home location also has frequent issues with WiFi. The Madison location is always very busy during the 5-6 pm yet Decatur was not busy at all. Pleas look at improving my home location to match up to the quality of Decatur. The staff in Madison is always polite and professional and the equipment issues I have referred to are no fault of their own. Do better by us!

This is really about how the Madison planet fitness even though it was renovated has old cardio equipment, and doesn’t even have the amount of cardio equipment that are lesser performing store like Decatur has. For example, the stair climbers at Madison are old and outdated and don’t work half the time. However, does cater has brand new state of of the art climb mills. Please consider adding a new location in Madison or the Athens area.

Very friendly and very helpful the best ones that make me feel like family but get on my nerves in the best ways are Savannah and Ross it's always a guaranteed laugh and great talks with those 2 love them both! Great job Savannah and Ross!

Planet Fitness lives up to its motto "Judgement Free Zone". You can work out at your own pace and there is no grand-standing from other members. Joshua and Char are very nice and very helpful. They always greet you with kindness when you're coming and going. Joshua went above and beyond to offer additional suggestions and alternatives to me when PF remodeled and got rid of their 30 Minute Express Yellow Workout Room. I so appreciate the help the staff gave me in getting my membership transferred from Aberdeen NC. I was allowed to continue to use Planet Fitness which was so important to me. The staff was and continues to be so friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean and machines working. I could not be more pleased.

I love having the PF Black Card! The extras that come with it definitely make it worth it. I love that there are plenty of options when it comes to all the different equipment and also how it is usually not too busy during the times that I am able to go.
