You have a great gift in your employee Daniel. He is always smiling, cheerful and exudes positive energy. It doesn't matter if he is at the front desk or busy cleaning, it is all done with a big smile and welcoming attitude. The club is spotless and I love being able to do my workout without having to wait for equipment.

I like that the facility is always spotless and cleaned perfectly. I like actually going to this gym and knowing I'm not going to get infected with germs on everything I touch, like past gyms(social clubs) that were literal cesspool of germs.

The gym is very clean and a lot of attention is paid to keep it clean; which is nice. I liked the older staff better than the newer ones because they were VERY welcoming. The newer staff members have not reached out to learn my name, say hello or goodbye. They rarely wear name tags. I loved Angela, Tab, Ethan and Harriet. Angela is gone which changed the whole warmth of the staff. It would be nice to have that back. One of the things that Angela did that really warmed up the whole place was to, on a white erase board, ask patrons questions. It was a real ice breaker. Ethan is just wonderful! Tab is very sweet and nice. I really like Dan too.
