I frequently go to the Derby location. The staff is always very friendly…particularly Travis and Joe. There is also a young girl who always has a smile on her face and is incredibly sweet but I’m unaware of her name.

One of your employees who stands out, Michael, is a very hard worker who is always very pleasant. He's always walking around with the cart to fill the spray bottles and filling the paper towels, Today he was dusting all the equipment with again, a big smile on his face. I know if he is working, I won't have to say...can you fill the paper towels. There is always one that needs to be filled when he is not working. I feel that he should be rewarded for great customer service!
