The Derby Planet Fitness is normally great but I had a grey bag with the letter A in white with wings go missing that staff said they saw in the employee area and when I came in nobody could find it. The person on duty said that I could go look in the dumpster and when I went to a male manager I never saw before said he was the manager and nobody was allowed to look in the dumpster. I had keys, banking info and identification in that bag as well as shower items for the gym. It went missing from my shower stall when I was changing.

Staff is nice, facility is clean and usually not too crowded I would have given a 10, but I really don't like how little floor space there is for stretching or other floor work. There are always a bunch of us squashed between equipment that barley anyone uses. It's pretty annoying. There are quite a few machines or whatever that nobody uses, but there are 2 of them! Anyway, it's obvious to anyone paying attention that there is a need for more open floor space. I'm surprised there's not an open studio are. I think a lot of people would use it

Staff is helpful and welcoming. The place is kept spotless and machines are always in excellent working condition. Bathroom/locker rooms are clean. Manager is especially welcoming and encouraging.
