Price and spa features. However, the west grand location in Des Moines Iowa is not as clean the last few months as it was previously. When I joined there was so much attention given to cleaning under and around each piece of equipment. They e had lots of new employees recently and it seems that meticulous cleaning is less of a priority.
I used to rave about cleanliness to my friends. Not so much now. As I think about my overall PF experience lately, just due to that, I’d really rate my experience a 7.
But I have raved about it many times since joining 9 months ago.
