Absolutely great staff, very friendly and welcoming every time you come in. From my point of view they have every machine or cable or freeweight you could want. Wait times for the equipment is minimal if at all. Last but not least the trainer here Peter is fantastic, he is patient and knowledgeable and does an excellent job of guiding you through the exercises, while also taking into consideration past injuries and limitations. Really can't speak more highly especially when you take the value into account, great spot.

Everyone at the front desk is a great help. They are always polite and cordial. It’s a happy environment to enter. Peter is an amazing asset to the team. He has created a workout routine based on what work I wanted and what I could do to further my goals.
