Plenty of variety of equipment, but some are worn down and bent from usage over time; casual environment where most guests either keep to themselves or offer help/advice whenever they see new people struggling with equipment or their form; and the stations with disinfevtants and paper towels are regularly refilled

ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL
I just started in Des Plaines. I was in Elk Grove Village, but that facility was too small, although it was very, very clean. The Des Plaines facility is much bigger but not as clean. You could bring the Manager from Elk Grove over to teach them how to clean the facility would get a ten.
