I just started in Des Plaines. I was in Elk Grove Village, but that facility was too small, although it was very, very clean. The Des Plaines facility is much bigger but not as clean. You could bring the Manager from Elk Grove over to teach them how to clean the facility would get a ten.

This specific location is always spotless.Team takes cleanliness very seriously and the locker rooms are well-maintained. This commitment to hygiene creates a safe and inviting environment that makes working out a pleasure. My wife and I been using this gym since we moved to Arlington Heights in 2020. Jen at the front desk always greet us on our way in and out of the gym whether I am going in at 7am before heading to work or afternoon on my days off. I also noticed when I am at the treadmill near the front desk she greet every member with a smile. Please inform her that we are thankful for having her in this location.

After a call from the manager we discussed the problems and he assured me that he was working on them and would call me when it's repaired . I'm still not sure why you're going to stop suppling soap for the showers. Its 'a a little hard to take a shower with out soap. Almost like having soap but no hot water !
