I am writing to share my incredibly positive experience with Planet Fitness and to express my appreciation for the outstanding customer service I have received at my local gym. From the moment I signed up to my recent visits, the staff has consistently gone above and beyond to create a welcoming and supportive environment that makes working out a pleasant experience.

The staff members consistently promote the gym’s "Judgment-Free Zone" philosophy, which is evident in how they engage with members—whether they're offering assistance, answering questions, or simply checking in on how things are going.
