Availability of the machines, the hours, although I do wish they opened earlier on Saturday & Sunday. When I joined it was open 24/7. That has changed but for the most part it is working for me.

Great place to work out, would be nice if they added a few adjustable benches the people using the smith machines always steal them from the free weight area.This location is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly, they are always cleaning something.

The day shift keeps things pretty clean, with someone always vacuuming, and cleaning the bathrooms. I’ve been a little put off by the lack of friendliness in the evening though, the staff hardly looks up from their computer screens. And, will there be an addition of Hydro message beds soon? This gym could use a refresh

Friendly management, staff and no judgement that I haven't been using it for awhile. Nobody shames you or assumes anything. (In my case my world was turned upside down, and I became and instant long hours sitter due to a tragedy. ) So now I'm back on track and staff ready to reacquaint me with equipment. Very pleasant experience! 😁
