They have a really good manager there named Chris. He has done a terrific job of creating an enjoyable friendly environment. I've worked out at other planet fitness locations nearby and the mgr there are always in bad moods. Chris has a great work ethic he's more authentic and real and I believe that is why his friendly smile when you walk in as a customer it really helps set the tone for the gym. Everyone is very friendly at this particular gym as a result it's really unique to this gym alone and I think it's all due to Chris and his staff. The gym is clean and organized and has great older gym machines that a lot of other planet fitnesses don't have there hammer strength back rows and chest are great

I’ve been coming to this gym for a while, and every visit has been a great experience. Big shoutout to Kevin and Wendy—you’re always friendly, helpful, and make the place feel welcoming! You’re the only names I know so far, but I appreciate the whole team. Also, props to the manager—this gym is always clean, well-organized, and clearly well-run. It makes a big difference in how comfortable and motivated I feel when I’m here. Keep up the great work!

My family and I go most mornings, the facility is always very clean, and the staff is friendly, always greeting you by name and making you feel welcomed, we see Chris most mornings and he has good customer service skills, I have only been to a couple other clubs and they are nice also, but my family and I really like the Des Plaines location.

Everyone here is SO NICE. No need to complain about anything as they are always clean and replenishing supplies. I live closer to the Harlem/Foster location and drive the 15 mins further just because I prefer this location.
