I like that it is open 24 hours a day and the machines etc in what they have to offer. I wish they would put healthier drinks in the cooler. Coconut water or organic smoothies as an option for optimal health. Some of the crew at night have no customer service skills but there is one black girl who is very nice. I think it’s important for a friendly staff one who will ask if u are doing ok or need to learn how to do any of the machines etc.

I like the environment and the friendly staff. On the flip side, however, when the equipment messes up, it takes weeks and even months to get it repaired. A perfect example is when our spin bikes were supposed to be messed up, it was several months before they were back up and running. I also see a lot of other locations getting free weights, hack squat machines, and various other equipment that we don't have. It would be nice to see some of those things. When they did the remodel, our clock on the wall at the smith machines was done away with (many of us used it for a timer) as well as the fans in the smaller rooms. The smith machines are way too close together, which is a danger, and also too close to the mirrors. This really is a dangerous situation. Having them lined up with the mirrors and pulled back away from them some would be ideal.
