Friendly staff, equipment was easy to use and can tell was taken care of, the music made it fun to burn calories to and dance when no one was looking. Last the locker room was clean and made me feel save to lock my belongs.

It is convenient and never busy. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the locker rooms and showers. Tge showers are not properly wiped out and there's always hair on the floors
