Everyone at the Dubuque location was very friendly. The facility was clean and welcoming. Jessica and her staff does a wonderful job and cares a lot about maintaining a wonderful experience. Hey Planet Fitness corporate folks - that first survey I popped open and closed quickly when the doorbell rang. I didn’t at all mean to select any number and apologize if I did by accident. Jessica and her staff were great, so be sure to take care of your valuable employees.
