I have recommended Planet Fitness and one friend joined as a result. It's a huge facility and I rarely have to wait at all for a machine. The most I have ever waited is 5 minutes. No problems here, people seem to get along.

I like how it tells you how to do all the machines at Planet Fitness. I wish there were emails also showing you how to use the machines as it is embarrassing trying to figure it out in person. Like what is the quick workout section about?

On my visit, 7/23/25, I was pleasantly surprised to see employees keeping up on replenishing paper towels and spray cleaner for the customers to use on equipment! It was also nice to see some new equipment! Thank you for working hard to make the experience pleasant!

I love the space and the amount of machines. It would be GREAT if a facility would be built in Superior, WI. Duluth, MN can be a bit of a drive for those that live in the Superior area.
