The de Duluth planet fitness is always staffed with personnel who are always extremely helpful. There is incredible number of cardio machines of all types which appeared to be well maintained. The monitor set up is amazing to watch while you’re on the cardio. There is also a large number of Smith machines and at least one or two of each of the cable machines which also appeared to be well maintained. The variety of the machinesis pretty good and the only thing I really miss my old club is that there is no deltoid machine or a cable machine that allows you to row. These are great for isolating your delta as well as the rhombus and other upper back muscles while providing core support assisting in that isolation.
