The amazing staff, they aren't workers they are family. I recommend planet fitness because of the quality equipment it has, but I recommend Planet Fitness Dunn NC because of the staff who are more like family than staff. Side note Austin (staff/family) remembered our name, and when he found out the name I go by with my family, he remembered that one too Amazing!!! DNI

I love the staff! Even from the very first minute you walk up to check in. The attention they give each incoming customer! Friendly, diligent, they got great customer service skills. Everytime. I also like that I could go and choose just about any type of workout my heart desires and there's equipment for that.. it's great there.

I've been going to Planet Fitness for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the gym is clean, well-maintained, and has a great selection of equipment. I really appreciate the judgment-free atmosphere—it makes working out feel comfortable, no matter your fitness level. The 24/7 access is super convenient for my schedule, and I love the perks that come with the Black Card membership, especially the massage chairs and tanning beds. Overall, Planet Fitness offers great value, and it’s helped me stay consistent with my fitness goals. Highly recommend!

The employees are so kind and welcoming! They are always cleaning so the gym always looks clean. If there is a piece of equipment that is out of order it is usually fixed within a short period of time.
