It appears to use current technology for fitness machines. Staff are very helpful , knowledgeable, relational. The trainer was very understanding, confirmed to rise the system of machines and agreed to stat with at an easy does it with # of reps and cycles as well as the weight/resustance. The cycle system is a great way for me to start. The numbers of the buffet machines including treadmills and stationary bikes is great. Thank you for everything.

The staff are super friendly & laid back. It’s always clean at this gym; the bathrooms, the gym equipment and floor itself. It’s easy to see the staff take pride in their job. I also love the different amenities available for the black card holder.
