The staff are super friendly & laid back. It’s always clean at this gym; the bathrooms, the gym equipment and floor itself. It’s easy to see the staff take pride in their job. I also love the different amenities available for the black card holder.

It is always clean and everyone from members to staff are so kind and helpful. I am newer to using a gym, and I was very intimidated until I went with a friend. Then got my own membership! Plus, I travel for work and can take advantage of the multiple locations wherever I end up.

Clean, easy to use machines, variety of equipment Don’t like how many people don’t use headphones and want to use workout time as time to catch up with friends. I have to turn my sound on very high to drown out the noise almost every time I’m there.

Close to home. Open when I need it to be. Pretty friendly staff. Easy check-in. "Clean" and new equipment. I'd really like you to bring back the stretching station. It was a cage-type thing that helped me a lot with full-body stretching after my workout. Bathrooms could be cleaned more often, and I'd prefer some hand-drying towels vs. the blower.
