Great, no frills, plenty of machines, and very easy in and out. I don’t go to the gym to hang out or socialize , so it’s perfect for me. The ladies locker room is always clean, and the people at the front desk are helpful and friendly. Perfect gym if you’re looking for an uncomplicated way to sweat, and then get on with your life… No fuss, no muss.
