There were a variety of machines there. The nice thing about a lot of them is they had timers on the machines so that you can see the intervals between sets.

The 30 minute circuit machines are all together in a separate room and numbered with the order to do them. The machines are updated and easy to use. I used the treadmill and they are updates and have different workout programs.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Layout of the equipment is nice and cohesive. Atmosphere was not crowded. Equipment is pretty self explanatory and overall great impression.

There are plenty of treadmills, ellipticals and such. I never have to wait. The facility is always clean. One issue I do have is with the tvs. I plug my headphones into the machines during my work out. Lately there have been a lot of issues with the sound and channels not on the correct tv.
